Company Summary: Our client has been a leader in the design, administration, marketing and underwriting of Best in Class insurance programs to select niche industries. This company has been in business for over 30 years and are looking to add a Underwriting Associate to their growing team.
Location: West Chester, PA - On site

Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with agents and carrier partners, preparing underwriting files, and assisting in billing and policy issuance.
- Focus: P&C Program Business
- Meet established premium/revenue production goals
- Partner/ support with Program Underwriters and Underwriting Vice President to enhance underwriting skills and review New Business and Renewals.
- Work in a team environment to drive profitability of the territory and book of business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Pennsylvania (or domiciled state) Property & Casualty License Required
- 0-3 years all lines P&C underwriting experience
- Commitment to program of Insurance Education.
- Familiarity with automated systems (Preferably Net Rate or CRM).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
