Company Overview: Our client, as preparing for the new fund this year, is seeking for an investor relations associate to join the dynamic team in assisting the fund raising process. Candidates with both IR and Investment Banking experiences are welcomed.
Responsibilities:
- Fund raising Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of Fund IV fund raising activities, including paperwork, due diligence, and roadshows.
- Client Relations: Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective investors and partners, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment strategy.
- Roadshows: Organise and participate in roadshows and investor meetings to present the firm's investment opportunities and performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular updates and reports to investors, maintaining transparency and trust.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to the investment team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven full-cycle fund raising experience, with a deep understanding of the investment cycle. Candidates with backgrounds in investment or investment banking are highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge: Well-versed in investment strategies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Attributes: Proactive, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
