Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President, Delta One Sales Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships within the Delta One product suite, including equity swaps, futures, ETFs, and custom baskets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, particularly within the APAC region, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Delta One space, including cross-selling other products and services.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and provide clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their trading strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Delta One products and stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with trading, research, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Risk Management: Ensure all transactions comply with internal risk management policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Delta One sales or a related role within the financial services industry, with a proven track record of managing client relationships in the APAC region.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of Delta One products and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and other relevant financial software
